The Design Review Committee, which includes representatives from Cloos Landscape Architecture and Samsel Architects, preserves the high standards of quality and aesthetics in Biltmore Lake. In addition, the post-construction Design Review Committee, comprised of residents, approves modifications to existing homes and landscapes.
